Flash Furniture needed a redesign of their e-commerce website to create a more engaging and user-friendly experience. Partnering closely with their marketing and development teams, I designed style tiles and wireframes that adhered to the constraints of Salesforce’s e-commerce builder while aligning with the client’s branding and supplied assets. I also assisted in reorganizing the site’s navigation to improve usability and ensure a seamless journey for visitors. Throughout the process, I collaborated with the Flash Furniture development team to maintain design fidelity within the Salesforce platform and tailored the user experience to different visitor types based on the client’s criteria, resulting in a site that was both functional and visually compelling.
